How to change your plan or billing details
Upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or update your card from the Account page. We use Stripe’s hosted customer portal so it works like any other subscription you manage.

- Step 01
Open the Billing tab
Top-right account pill → Account, then scroll to Billing. Or tap the “Billing” tab in the top navigation directly.

Launch the Stripe portal
Click “Manage subscription.” You bounce to Stripe’s hosted portal where you can switch plans, update your card, change billing cycle (monthly ↔ annual), download invoices, or cancel. When you’re done, click the back arrow and Sliver picks up the change automatically via webhook.

Switching plans
Plan switches are prorated by Stripe — if you upgrade mid-month, you’re charged the difference for the remainder. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep the higher tier until then.

Annual billing
Annual = 10× monthly (≈17% off, equivalent to 2 months free). Switch from the portal under “Update plan.”
- Step 05
Cancellation
Cancel from the portal. You keep access through the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees are non-refundable per our Terms — we don’t prorate the unused time.
Good to know
Receipts
Every payment fires a receipt email automatically. Past invoices are downloadable from the Stripe portal under “Invoice history.”
Refunds
We don’t refund subscription fees as a matter of policy. If something genuinely broke (a renderer hung, your clips never produced), email support@sliver.video — we issue case-by-case credits at our discretion.
